I see you are contacting us in regards to questions toward your disbursements, Account Level Reserve, and Deferred Transactions.
We see that the Deferred Transactions feature is a new addition to our Payments page. Previously, sales proceeds withheld through Delivery Date-Based Reserves appeared as a lump sum amount in your "Account-Level Reserves" on your Payments Dashboard. This is now shown as deferred transactions so that you can know exactly which orders are subject to these policies and for how long they will be reserved. Your Payments page shows, "Funds for these transactions are pending buyer invoice payments."
