I thought I saw a slowdown. I am used to using ccleaner in windows plus I thought it makes sense to clean the caches. If you think otherwise I'd be happy to hear. Thank you

Correct, in general there is no need to clear cache, and it doesn't help for anything.

You should really stop using CCleaner for Windows either...
