The two outer layers are negative and inner layer is positive
When the fly falls into the swatter the fly connects the negative to the positive and a strong electrical current flows through from the negative to the positive through the flies body

You explained in this weeks episode that the reason we see everything white even though the air scatters the blue light is because we still get the indirect blue waive that the air scatters from all sides, the question is if so than we should've only get from the blue light half from the light that we get from the other colors because when the air scatters it half of the light is being scattered to the other directions that we see.

@gring
Scattered light does not mean lost light. All it means is that the rays aren't in a straight line from the source (the sun, in our case).
In fact, every object you see (such as a wall) is scattered light from the bulb. The reflected light travels in all directions, therefore you can still see it even while walking around the room
And btw, this is what makes mirrors unique, that it doesn't scatter the light, but just bends it and continues travelling in a straight line.

@gringWhy does a rainbow look like one big rainbow? The way you described it is that each drop of water divides the light from the sun into separate colors, if so than it should've been million's of small rainbows instead of on big one.

Lightning bolts also form between two clouds. So earth ground is not needed. When a plane is struck by lightning, it just happens to be in or near that path. For a plane, that path is often between two clouds and the plane is just in the middle.

Also why does a rainbow have a round shape?
when you see a rainbow its really thousands or millions of different droplets you see. very similar to a computer screen which gives you one picture but its really made up of over a million small dots - pixels
Regarding your question why it has a ROUND arching shape.. the answer is that rain droplets concentrate light at a 42 degree angles so you see the rainbow ONLY from 42 degree angle from where the sun is. see 2nd picture. hope this clear is up for you.

Sorry for the English but feel free to translate it in Yiddish anything that requires a longer explanation is simply too long to type it in English
Even a pinhole is enough to get a full picture If the object that the light passes through is very thin So let's say you have a dark paper that does not let through any light but you make a pinhole in the paper
Now light will enter through this pinhole not only straight but from all sides imagine the shape of an x where the pinhole is where the two lines meet
And it's not only One x. Imagine many X's but all of them squeezing themselves through the pinhole. That is the two lines of all X's are exactly where the hole of the paper is
The only reason our people is larger than a pinhole is because there isn't enough light. Not that it blocks The view because even with a hole the size of a needle you can basically see everything but its Just not enough light
