*BREAKING NEWS*
B”H
We are ecstatic to share with you the extraordinary news that a monumental federal bill that would expand insurance coverage for all infertility treatment, including IVF, has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives, and it is a bipartisan bill! This is a landmark and breakthrough piece of legislation that will accomplish something never done before.
The HOPE for Fertility Act was introduced this morning, sponsored by *Congresswoman Lori Chavez-Deremer* (R-OR), *Congressman Zack Nunn* (R-IA), *Congresswoman Susan Wild* (D-PA), and *Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz* (D-FL).
With Hashem‘s help, this bill will change the journey of infertility in America for countless couples who struggle with it every single day.
Especially after the Alabama ruling in February, we realized that we had to create a national organization (versus a community-based organization) that is solely focused on IVF to push back against the misinformation being spread by those that oppose IVF. We also did not want this to be framed as a dispute between Jewish people and certain Christians, as this is an issue that affects everyone. That’s why we invested tremendous resources and time over the last few months creating Americans for IVF, a 501c4 focused on educating members of Congress on the true value of IVF — a gift from G-d that is pro-family and the most pro-life one can possibly be.

May we continue to have good news to share!
Sincerely,
