Just be aware, If you are using Bank Accounts other than the Default Bank Account for that property, the information will not show up on Owner Statements.

I'm looking to see the beginning Balance and ending balance on the report to reflect the balance in ALL bank accounts. Not only the default.

I actually called RM with this question yesterday.
I don't think they have a solution.
I guess would be just to record it as a deposit.

At lease your P&L would reflect it.
Although it will not show up in the Vendor transaction list.

All bank Balances are the values that show on the Balance sheet as of the dates mentioned below
1. The balance as of the last day of 2 month ago (10/31/2023)
2. Is as of the last day of the previous year (12/31/2022)
3. & 4. Are as of the last day of the previous month (11/30/2023)

When doing print check under checks , the checks isn’t normally placed on the check paper , for example the date , where to sign etc.

I understand what you are saying.
But by now I'm used to it.
I have been using it this way for more than 10 years with no issue.
BTW. the signature I'm using through the system digitally scanned.
