We got the following lines:
It is not right that the Hungarian kir. The Minister of Religion and Public Education rejected the complaint against the Sopron friar's separation as completely unfounded.
It is also not appropriate that the minister Dr. Posen to Simon, the Sopron aut. ortho. sr. unconditionally approved his election as chief rabbi of the religious community.
What is contrary is that, according to the ministry's point of view, dr. Simon Posen was elected only as a rabbi and not as a registrar rabbi (chief rabbi) and based on this, the ministry obliged the religious community to elect a registrar chief rabbi as well.
It is true that the ministry obliged dr. Posen Simont to prove that he has completed at least 4 classes of civil school and also his knowledge of the Hungarian language, as well as to pass the national differential exam based on a legal permit based on the subjects of the 4 lower classes of the secondary school completed abroad and the 4 classes of the Hungarian civil school.
It is also true that, according to the ministerial decision, a sectarian arbitration court is called upon to decide on the so-called chazoko claim of the prosperous rabbi's son, Gyula Grünwald, on the right of the heir of his father, who died on the job of rabbi."
