I am playing with paper flowers for my best friend's wedding. And looking at them I thought I have to do a mini photo shoot. I just finished them and I am very proud of myself. What I did: just hang some paper flowers on a painted white branch and adorned two paper cakes - favor boxes - with some jewelry, clip on earrings and paper flowers. Tot fac flori din hartie pentru nunta prietenei mele. Si uitandu-ma la ele m-am gandit ca trebuie sa fac o mica sedinta foto. Tocmai ce am terminat si sunt foarte mandra de ce a iesit. Ce am facut: am agatat cateva flori din hartie pe o creanga vopsita in alb si am impodobit doua torturi din hartie cu niste bijuterii si flori din hartie.

Butterflies / Fluturi

Since my best friend's wedding is closer and closer, I started making the wedding decorations. So here are some ideas: butterflies as place cards, chair decorations or just placed around the venue. My problem is that she has no clue of what she wants so I have to make lots of samples till she makes up her mind. Din moment ce nunta prietenei mele e din ce in ce mai aproape, am inceput sa fac decoratiile. Aici sunt cateva idei: fluturi ca si card de nume, decoratie pentru scaun sa pur si simplu agatati prin sala. Problema mea e ca nu imi zice nimic astfel ca trebuie sa fac o gramada de mostre pana se hotareste.

And here is what I made with the balls. I love balls. I wish I could have more ideas on how to use them. One way is a mobile hanging, in this case shades of purple and green like my client wanted. Si iata ce am facut cu mingile. Imi plac mingile tare mult. As vrea sa gasesc mai multe proiecte in care sa le folosesc. Un proiect frumos este un mobil, care sa se miste in curentii de aer, in cazul acesta mov si verde, asa cum a vrut clienta mea, B.

I had to share this. A special order for a client, a favor cake in pale green with pink butterflies. I so love the combination! Trebuie sa arat tortul acesta. O comanda speciala pentru o clienta in culorile verde deschis si fluturi roz. Este o combinatie de culori asa de frumoasa!

My best friend's wedding is next year. She wants it white and pale green and also butterflies and small white flowers. She won't tell me anything else. And of course is on a budget. And she wants me to do the flower arrangements. So, the first that I could think of is this lovely apple arrangement with small white field flowers and delicate lace butterflies. What do you think D? How much do you like it? Nunta celei mai bune prietene este anul viitor. A ales culorile alb si verde deschis. Mai vrea fluturi si flori mici albe. Nu vrea sa imi mai spuna nimic altceva. Si binenteles este cu limita de cheltuieli. Si ar dori ca eu sa ii fac aranjamentele florale. Asa ca primul aranjament la care m-am gandit este un aranjament cu mere si flori mici albe de camp, cu fluturasi delicati. Ce parere ai D? Cat de mult iti place?
