Portuguese fisherman have been netting and trading cod since the 15th century and bacalhau – dried, salted cod – is a national food staple of this coastal country. He’ll also incorporate his fondness for ingredients like cinnamon, vanilla and curry powder into a selection of traditional Portugese dishes. Be sure to sign up for this class right away, as Gulsidel hasbecome a local favorite in our school and his celebrations of global flavors fill very quickly.
