Due to some last-minute changes in the construction schedule, Missoula Parks and Recreation is putting out an eleventh-hour call for volunteers to help install the new all-abilities playground at McCormick Park later this this week.
The Missoula Organization of Realtors is graciously donating their time to the project on Thursday , but teen and adult volunteers are still needed to fill 3-hour time blocks on Friday and Saturday between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Volunteers will be assisting with the playground installation. Volunteers should be at least 14 years of age, and will need water, snacks, gloves and closed-toed shoes.
