For ten years now I have had a sever case of atheletes foot jock itch

My testicles hurt and are a bit sore, but no different then the sensation of fresh skin.

The only thing in all this for me is the dead skin, the rest are all the typical symptoms of jock itch. If someone could talk me through what herpes is and what it is not, I would greatly appreciate it.
