i am a 19 yr old college student. when having sex, either oral or vaginal, i
have problems reaching climax, orgasm and ejaculating
.
to this point the only way ive been
able to ejaculate is by masturbating
. my gf says she doesnt mind too much bc we can
have sex for a longer time.. but im very worried and angry.. i was wondering if any
one knew why this is or how i can treat it(without anybody knowing that im treating

I know a guy who is 22years old, he has a symptom problem with ejaculation during sex.
He has been able to cum 2 or 3 times during our relationship which has been 1 1/2years.
We have sex then after we have been doing that for awhile he nearly cums but cant so in the end he lays there masterbating then mind him masterbating its part of our sex, but why cant he cum he is circumsized would that be the reason.

The problem is mental or stress/nervous related. A form of male sexual performance anxiety
. He is pressured to perform.
He is confident when he is masterbating. He knows how to do that best. He can always count on be able to ejaculate.
The sexual intercourse act he is not so confident. He shouldn't do things fast, plenty of forplay is important. Tell him what feels good for you.
