Right Testicles Lump "Could It Be Hydrocele, Testes Cyst or Testicular Cancer?"
Adolescent Varicocele, cyst or cancer?- Posted by: adam Hi - I don't really know where to post this or where to start,
but here seems the best place I've found so far. I'm a lad with a happy,
healthy life, although I do have one problem. From an early age I noticed a lump on my right
testicles, the scrotum lump has been there from as early as I can remember, which is about 12 years old.
Over the last 4/5 years the scrotum lump hasn't caused me much pain although sometimes a little
discomfort (mainly when I'm thinking about it) and I don't think it has ever grew in size.
But I know it's not normal an I should get myself checked out by a medical doctor, but before I do I want to know
what advice you people can offer me or any ideas on what symptoms i'm dealing with or has anybody been
in the same position?
After a quick scan of the internet i'm pleased to see that the probability of it beingtesticular canceris slim - but i\'m still worried. Could it be Adolescent Varicocele or cyst of the testicles? All feedback would be great.
Thanks, Adam.
Testicle condition- Reply by: bob It could be any one of a number of problems including benign cysts, boil, tumor, Epididymitis infection, injury or irritation of the testicles.
A urologist doctor should take a look at the lump on your testes.
He will have to make a physical exam, ultra-sound and other tests for a correct diagnosis.
You might ask the doctor about AdolescentVaricoceleof the testicles,
as this testicle condition is of your age group.
How to cure Hydrocile- Posted by: Navin My left testicle was earlier swollen now even right one there is no pain at all . I have no problem or irritation

What is a hydrocele (Adolescent Varicocele) of the Sctrotum?
A swelling in the scrotum can also be due to a varicocele. This occurs in a guy when the veins at the top of the scrotum get bigger. Varicocele is most common on the left-hand side of the scrotum, due to the arrangement of the veins on that side.
A hydrocele is a build-up of liquid in a fold of mucous membrane situated in the scrotum (testes testicle sac).
A number of boys develop minor cases of Adolescent Varicocele during the first few months of their lives. Most of these disappear by themselves, but the more severe cases need to be removed through a simple operation.
In adults, hydrocele is managed by draining the fluid under local anaesthetic using a syringe (tapping). This gives an instant cure, but is usually temporary as the fluid re-fills again. For this reason a sclerosing agent is sometimes introduced following the tapping procedure, which causes the hydrocele to stick to itself and prevents re-filling.
Alternatively, the hydrocele, Adolescent Varicocele of the sctrotum can be removed surgically with a small operation.
If you have any swelling or pain in your scrotum, a guy should make arrangements to see your general practitioner. Only a closer examination can determine the exact cause.
Most diseases are not dangerous but malignant ones must be detected as quickly as possible to ensure effective treatment.
