No. 1 - Talk with your girlfriend about your concern of having difficulty ejaculating when she is manually stimulating your penis. Tell her in kind words that what she does almost feels "ticklish". Next time, verbally communicate with her and tell her what feels good to you and what does not. Give her suggestions on things to try that may help you ejaculate. My suggestion is that she try to manually stimulate your penis in a sensuous loving teasing manner.
Some men do trim/shave their pubic hair, but I suspect that fewer men do so than women. I do shave my penis, so that when my wife orally stimulates my penis she does not have problems with my pubic hair getting into her mouth.
