What is the normal number of times a man should masturbate a week . I am 24 years old and married. I can't keep from too much masturbating even if I know I can have sex with my wife every day. (1)Jeff, when I was in my late teens and early 20's before I was married, I masturbated 3-4 times a week. Even after I married my wife, I still on occasion masturbate. Each person is different in so many ways, and sexuality is included. What may be normal for one, may be abnormal for another.
"What can I do to stop." Well, for one, don't be concerned about "having to" stop.
Okay, what to do to lessen the addiction desire to masturbate. I have found that the more frequent my wife and I enjoy lovin' (I like that word better than sex) the less likely I want to masturbate. It seems that the more my wife manually stimulates my penis, the more "fulfilled" I am and then less bent on masturbating. I should state that her technique for arousing my penis during foreplay provides me with incredible wonderful feelings that far surpasses anything I do during masturbating. Also, I do not ejaculate until we have intercourse, the frosting on the cake.If your wife currently does not manually stimulate your penis during foreplay, I would suggest that you slowly encourage her to do so. Oh yes, before really getting into lovin', do freshen up a bit. That means wash that penis of yours, and she should wash her vulva area. To make it fun, tell her you want her to wash you and you will then wash her, OR take a shower together.
SOOOooo the bottom line is, don't stop masturbating to have better sex with your wife, rather have better sex and you will reduce the addiction desire for masturbating. When you masturbate don't forget to use lubrication .

I have a question to put to you, my husband is a 37year old male who has me quite confused.
We married 18 months ago and in the last couple of months alot of things have come to light.
1st he mastubates almost everyday, which is fine ( a guy thing i guess) but he recently told me that he preferrs to do this over sexual intercourse, he also has told me that at age 35 i was the 1st women he was with ( not for lack of trying, he dated some) he did have a relationship with another boy when he was 16 that lasted a year ( that was a shock to me) and also thinks he is addicted to sex movies.
