Need To Last Longer For Intimate Love "Premature Ejackulation Issue During Sexual Intercourse"
Premature Ejaculation Frustrating- Posted bysmedd: My husband and I have been married for 4 years and our sex life sucks.(to be blunt) Sexual intercourse usually last maybe 3-5 minutes if I am lucky. I am trying to be the patient understanding wife, but its frusterating. We've tried the start stop method and the squeeze method - neither have worked. He will not see a doctor about this issue - please tell me there is something else we can try.
Serotonin levels in the brain- Reply by: MSH Premature ejackulation controlhas historically been considered a
psychosexual disorder, however, there is a growing body
of scientific data that suggests that it has an organic
basis related to serotonin levels in the brain.
Scientific evidence indicates that increasing the amount of serotonin
to the central nervous system through the use of selective
serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's) appears to increase
the latency or period of time from penetration to
ejackulation (increase stamina).
There is now anew natural herbal aphrodisiac remedythat provides
natural serotonin precursors and nutrients to speed
up the chemical reaction in the brain allowing more
serotonin to be formed and available for use by the body
while simultaneously delivering safe and effective herbal
antidepressants. And, does not dull tactile sensation in the penis.
Re: premature ejackulation (husbands')rick(0) When I useviagraI usally ejackulate the same during sexual intercourse in 3-5 to minutes but, after a few minutes rest I am ready to go again and again in a four hour period. My girlfriend now says sex is better then ever. So, let him ejackulate fast it won't be long before he'll back probably, in a differant position. The second time will last longer. And the third time even longer. It's not a issue now. Good luck! ;-)

-Desensitizing creamsto increase stamina, which purport to lessen the sensations felt by
men during intimate love so that they can last longer. The limitation that many men
feel these creams have is that they make intercourse less pleasurable by
decreasing the stimulation effect.
-Condomsare an effective means of reducing the amount of stimulation
experienced during love making. Some men find that a condom helps them prevent
premature ejackulation by lowering their arousal. If one condom does not decrease
the stimulation effect enough, then put on one more. Condoms provide excellent
protection againstSTDsand pregnancy, so they're certainly worth a try.
-Sexual positionscan help a man's ability to control his ejackulation. The typical
"missionary" position (on top of your partner) is not the best position while
attempting to control ejackulation. Try laying on your back, allowing the partner to
control copulation. In this position you are more relaxed, and can guide your partner
easily.
Re: does practice make perfect?rainbow(0) The desinsitizing cream sounds good to me. My husband has the same premature climax problem...but you know what? and, yes, i believe practice does make perfect. The bible says do not deny one another for any reason. If you and your wife arent spiritual or using the bible as the basis of how to love one another there will be problems.
For example, if she is not respecting you, you may be insecure, or if you are not loving her as your own body (which is the ultimate in emotional and physical intuition and sensitivity and probably why Jesus uses this example!!) then she may feel shut down and not desire you as she once did.
I can tell you where to get some spiritual couseling...but one thing that also may help in the meantime is if you take the focus off yourself and focus totally on what she likes--begin to ask more intimate questions-do you like it when i touch you here-how hard- how soft- which direction should i rub in?
Do you like to use lotion? my tongue? etc. she will get so turned on and you'll be so busy meeting her wants that you may last longer just from all that thinking. (the bible also says consider the needs of others above your own!) hope this information helps!
I've been suffering with rapid ejaculation for all of my sexual being. I've tried creams; condoms, masturbation before sex and the one doctor's favorite, stop start method. Now after 15 years of marriage my wife and I are beginning to fall apart. Partly because I'm loosing my mind over this issue and she has stopped having sex with me. I'm alone in the world with no one to help or even want to deal with this MENS ISSUE.
