Bumps on the penis
shaft are one of the most common problems. In guys who have never been sexually active, there's very little problem to worry about if small bumps appear on the shaft of the penis or along the rim of the head (the corona). These small bumps are most often Fordyce glands
, little sebaceous
(grease producing) glands that produce lubrication for the tender skin of the penis, to keep it from drying out and
cracking.
They're NORMAL, don't cause any problem, and don't need any cure. They're only bothersome to you because you're looking at them closely (and if you look at them closely, you'll see a little dark dot in the center--the gland opening, where the sebum comes out). In some guys, particularly those with oily skin, they may be more prominent than in other guys. Other bumps around the penis head can be penile pearls (also without any real meaning) or Tyson's glands .
White bumps on shaft

Hi I am 18 years old and for a couple years I have white bumps on by shaft abd toward the bottom of my penis trunk
where my scrotum (testicles)
begins and it has been suggested to me that they are Penile Pearly Pauples
and probably not some
disease or virus, or that they are caused by sweat when I play sports and thigs like that. I'm sensitive about
the issue and I get performance anxiety

hey i have the same problem only iv got about 10 or 20 and they look like spots
type (kind u get on your face), anyone know what
it is and/or how 2 cure it, i havnt had sex or oral sex before and am 18.

Bumps on the penis
could be Fordyces spots.
Fordyces bumps are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.
They are non-infectious, their cause is unknown and a totally natural occurrence on the body.
Although a number of approaches have been tried, there is no simple, reliable treatment to remove them.
I've heard rubbing alcohol works to clear up pimples on the penis and good hygiene cleanliness practice is
conductive for maintaining a healthy penis.
Men sometimes consult with a dermatologist because they are worried they may have a sexually transmitted disease (especially genital warts) or some form of cancer, but this is not the case. But check with a dermatologist doctor or health clinic to be safe.

These bumps probably have to do with sweat glands, and they're entirely normal. Other bumps are the follicles of hair that has not yet appeared, and still others are acne, just like the pimples you get on your face.
In all cases, there's nothing you can do about them.
However, if you are sexually active and have bumps on your penis that resemble little clusters of grapes, there's a chance it could be condyloma accumulata (venereal warts).
Though relatively harmless, venereal warts are viral and contagious and you should have STD Testing
and checked by a doctor.
