I went to a dermatologist thinking I had a STD on my penis. On the head when I get an erection are dark red blotches and just below the head it becomes same discoloration.

Unless I use a moisturizer , I can't masterbate as it burns and aches, yet after masterbating the redness remains for a spell. The dark red blotches remain on the head of my penis, the redness at the base of the penis subside. It doesn't look right, the skin isn't the same overall. Eczema? Dermatitus? Other?
