    i have lots of little lumps and white pimple like bumps around the pubic base of my penis at the hair follicles and now they are starting to spread and they go up my penis shaft. what is this and solution

    Little white bumps and pimple like lumps on the penis pubic base around the hair follicles and shaft are one of the most common male problems. In men who have never been sexually active, there's very little problem to worry about if small white bumps and lumps appear on the shaft of the penis.

    These small pimple like bumps are most often Fordyce glands , little sebaceous (grease producing) glands that produce lubrication for the tender skin of the penis, to keep it from drying out and cracking. They're NORMAL, don't cause any problem, and don't need any cure.

    They're only bothersome to you because you're looking at them closely (and if you look at them closely, you'll see a little dark dot in the center--the gland opening, where the sebum comes out). In some men, particularly those with oily skin, they may be more prominent than in other guys.

    I have little white bumps around my scrotom and some on the pubic base of my shaft, what is this? I've had it since before I was sexually active and They dont bother me. Do you think that I might have an STD infection ?

    i think that you should go see a doctor asap to get lab testing for a correct diagnosis. it doesnt sound good. Locate a doctor near you.

    I would say most males have these small "white bumps" on their genitalia. I do. They do seem to be where the pores in the penile skin are (by the penis hair follicles. And yes, there can be secretions that that will make the "white bump" larger.

    Once in a great while I will see one of these larger bumps, which is basically a pimple.Unless it physically bothers you, I would not be concerned.
