I can understand your concern in the locker room. I remember that feeling of "being inadequate" next to those studs in the shower. That is way in the back of my mind now as it has been decades since the last time I was in a locker room.
It was nice to read that when your penis is erect it is average. That is fine. AND for most women the most important issue is not size but knowing how to use what you have.
Regarding those creams or whatever, forget it, they just separate you from your money and don't do anything.
By the way, usually when your flaccid penis is warm it will be larger than when it is cold. Coming from the northern states, I can remember after ice fishing that it was so small I could hardly find it. (A woman will take care of that problem very quickly.)
