Frustrated - cumming in less than two minutesPosted by Ronald Holeman: I am 36 and wife is 32 and I am frustrated that I cant please her sexually. The problem is we do the oral sex thing and then we have sex.
But when we start I finished cumming in less than two minutes there is no pleasure in it for her.
Is this a medical problem because I sure cant control it.
Delay creamPosted by Skywalker: They say it's all in the mind etc but a gooddelay creamworks wonders to prolong climax. Nobody's perfect. If you can't stay for more than a few minutes, use some help from a de-sensitizing cream.
This is quite a common male problem.
Premature ejaculationPosted by:BobRonald, what you have is called"premature ejaculation".
About 35% of men have this "problem". Basically it is ejaculating before you want to. I had and sometimes still have this
problem.
It is a matter of control, AND the frequency of lovin. There areexercisesthat you can do and some that you can do with your wife. They have helped me to better control when Iejaculate. No magic answer, but it helps. I suggest that you go to the search engine "Google" and type in"premature ejaculation".
At the wikipedia.org web site go down to "Sex therapy" and to the word "Kegel exercises" and you should be able to find what I am talking about.
Welcome to the "club". I had this problem of"premature ejaculation", which is what you have. Only through information that was available on the internet have I
learned to better control when I have rapid cum ejaculation. More on this later.
Regarding medication - I like a product called Actacaine,
and no it is not available at most of your local drug stores (but it should be). It is a penile desensitizing
spray that contains Lidocaine. Lidocaine is a mild local anesthetic and provides rapid action with medium duration
(as stated in my home medical book).
Most male desensitizing sprays at your local pharmacy contain benzocaine as the active ingredidient.
Benzocaine provides rapid action and has a short duration. And hence the reason (at least for me) why
lidocaine is much better than benzocaine - the desensitization of the
penis lasts longer.
AND in addition, to me lidocaine still lets some of that feeling come through whereas bezocaine will numb my penis to the
point I can't feel anything and totally lose my erection. Actacaine andBezocainecan be purchased on the internet.
Of course someprscription medicinesare great for orgasm delay. That is why they can be used on doctor's orders to treat premature ejaculation.
How To Use Delay Spray To Last Longer
New Delay Spray- Replay by:sam How do I use Delay Spray for premature ejaculation control to last longer? When I'm in the mood for lovin' and
I have that feeling that if my wife just touches my penis I will "explode", then before we begin foreplay,
I spray someDelay Sprayon the head of my penis.
I let it stay there for about 2 minutes and then wash it off.
If I allow the spray to stay on my penis for a longer time, then I tend to run the risk of my penis not becoming "rock hard'.
Also, I wash the spray off, so that during our "lovin'" I don't desensitize my wife in any way.
She enjoys it when I use Delay Spray because she knows she can enjoy stimulating my penis both manually and
orally for a longer period of time. Also, during intercourse I generally last longer.
Now back to what else you can do to learn how to climax control when you ejaculate. There are very good exercises that
you and you with your partner can to to learn how to achieve greater "staying power".
It's never to late to learn how to better climax cum control when you ejaculate. Okay, but does it work.
For me is has helped a lot. But, of course there still are times when I find I climax too fast.
Well, nothing is perfect in reality. Before my wife and I started the exercises, my wife could only manually/orally
stimulate my penis for less than a minute or otherwise I would climax. Even after just a few weeks of doing the exercises,
I was amazed that I could last for 15 minutes and sometimes more. Now my wife has multiple orgasms.
I know this sounds like an ad, or a response from someone that is getting a "kickback" from a company.
Neither is the case. I'm just a 65 year old married male that finally after all these years can last much longer than
I ever could before.
I wish you and your partner the very best.P.S. - Just for your info, studies have shown that about 35% of all males "suffer" from premature ejaculation problem.
