Smoking risk factor

If you are getting pain from your curved penis then you may have Peyronies Penile Disease
and should be checked out by your doctor.
Peyronie's penile disease, a condition of uncertain cause, is characterized by a plaque that forms on the penis.
Symptoms may develop slowly or appear overnight.
In severe cases, the hardened plaque reduces flexibility, causing pain and forcing the penis to curve during erection.
In many cases, the penis pain decreases over time, but the curve in the penis may remain a problem, making sexual intercourse difficult.
A major risk factor for Peyronie's disease is smoking. One study found that smokers were 4.6 times more likely to report the condition. Maybe when you stop smoking your blood is flowing stronger in your penis and causing pressure on the curved area causing the pain.

Providing information and education about the Peyronies disease deformity and its course often is all that is required.
No strong evidence shows that any treatment other than surgery is effective. Experts usually recommend surgery only in
long-term cases in which the disease is stabilized and the deformity prevents intercourse.

When its erect it is also completely straight, with a small upper right curve (well within normal range I would think).
My problem is, when its in transition between flaccid and erect *SOMETIMES*, a small section around my penis, close to the middle, will stay unerect. So it looks like my penis is in an hourglass shape. When I finish erecting it, it looks completely straight, it just takes more to erect that portion.
Now, this ONLY seems to happen after strenuous exercise. Like when I try to get an erection shortly after I jog 3-5 miles. After I jog 3-5 miles, my flaccid penis seems visably smaller, and it feels kind of cold.
Any other time, it feels warm, and there is no hourglass problem. Does this sound like peyronies (middle part indention), or something else? Like blood leakage?
Also, whenever I have an hourglass problem, within 2 hours of rest the bending seems to go away, and the problem resolves...wierd stuff........

Curvature Penis
Message Posted by: Anand
I am 29 years old. I am getting married recently. My problem is that My penis
has got a curvature towards right when erect. It is sligtly curved at the base. I had
sex with a 40 year old lady. During the intercourse only a part of the penis got
inserted into her. Is this a problem. I don't have pain when erect. when flaccid (soft) it
is straight. Is it necessary that the whole of the penis get inserted. Is this
curving normal. Please reply by return mail. will this affect my married life. If it is
problem whom should I consult, is there any excercise to straighten the bend. Thank you
Injured bent deformity

With a straight penis it's more pleasurable to have the penis completely inserted. No it's not normal to only insert part of the penis.
If your hooking d penis deformity prevents complete insertion for intercourse then it is best to see a doctor or health clinic to see what the best
treatment would be for you. Peyronie's disease can result in penis shortening.
You might injure your penis during intercourse continuely inserting all your bent penus during rapid in and out motion. Peyronies curvature is a disease and no excercise is going to help.
Fibrous plaque growth

Your problem is not related to Viagra
.
It seems you may have the following:
Peyronies disease
which is a rare connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis affecting as many as 1% of men.
Sometimes the problem will go away with time.
Medical Corrective Treatment Information
There is now a new option for corrective results. Taking Vitamin E
with
the Peyronies crooked self-treatment medical extender device
.
The medical device was developed by a doctor and works by gently applying consistent, measured stretching traction to the penis to counteract the hardening of scar tissue while building the penis's straight-arrow dimensions.
The medical device is used in clinics and hospitals throughout the US and Europe by post-penis-surgery patients to ensure proper healing, and is also offered by doctors as an alternative therapy to surgery. The benefits of medical traction-device treatment therapy are clear: no side effects, low cost compared to surgery, and the advantage of at-home corrective stretching extender treatment without the trauma and invasive risks of surgery.
