I'm 26 and i can't understand why i have trouble getting and sustaining a good penis erection.

One idea i have is when i was young i fractured or seriously injured my tailbone. I have a bump of scar tissue over it and also strangley enough that part of my body doesn't tan when i go to the tanning booth. Could that be some nerve damage injury disrupting the signals from the brain that make you get an erection and is that fixable? However from reading some information on this site my symptoms sound very simaler to those of a male genital venous leakage problem. I can get an erection but lose it, it gets soft and goes away very quickly.
