Only through information that was available on the internet have I learned to better control when I have rapid cum ejaculation. More on this later.
Regarding medication - I like a product called "Stud 100", and no it is not available at most of your local drug stores (but it should be).
It is a penile desensitizing spray that contains Lidocaine. Lidocaine is a mild local anesthetic and provides rapid action with medium duration (as stated in my home medical book).
Most male desensitizing sprays
at your local pharmacy contain benzocaine as the active ingredidient. Benzocaine provides rapid action and has a short duration.
And hence the reason (at least for me) why lidocaine
is much better than benzocaine
- the desensitization of the penis lasts longer.
AND in addition, to me lidocaine still lets some of that feeling come through whereas bezocaine will numb my penis to the point I can't feel anything and totally lose my erection. Stud 100 can be purchased on the internet.
How To Use Stud 100 Spray To Prolong Climax
Okay, how do I use Stud 100 for premature ejaculation control to last longer?
When I'm in the mood for lovin' and I have that feeling that if my wife just touches my penis I will "explode", then before we begin foreplay, I spray some Stud 100 on the head of my penis.
I let it stay there for about 2 minutes and then wash it off. If I allow the spray to stay on my penis for a longer time, then I tend to run the risk of my penis not becoming "rock hard'.

Okay, but does it work. For me is has helped a lot. But, of course there still are times when I find I climax too fast. Well, nothing is perfect in reality.
Before my wife and I started the exercises, my wife could only manually/orally stimulate my penis for less than a minute or otherwise I would climax.
Even after just a few weeks of doing the exercises, I was amazed that I could last for 15 minutes and sometimes more.
I know this sounds like an ad, or a response from someone that is getting a "kickback" from a company.
Neither is the case. I'm just a 65 year old married male that finally after all these years can last much longer than I ever could before.
