I never heard or read anything regarding how many times a week having sex is HEALTHY. It's whatever is right for you and your partner. A couple of times a day to a couple of times of month. It varies all over the place. I don't think "health" per se enters in.

I totally agree with Dee regarding practicing SAFE SEX. And that does mean using a condom . THAT is FAR more important than being concerned about how many times a week having sex/masturbating is healthy.
