Getting a hard erection twelve hours after using Viagra sounds to me that it is you, not the drug. Are you taking Viagra as prescription from a doctor, or did you just start using it own your own? As with many medications, our bodies can become addicted and dependant on them if we are not careful.
May I suggest that you stop using Viagra, especially if you are taking it without the authorization of a doctor. Be honest with your partner and tell her what you have stated on this forum - that you have been taking Viagra to avoid the problem of not getting a hard erection. That you don't want to depend on it, and that you want very much for your erections to be "natural". Tell her that you hope she understands and will help you get off from using Viagra.
