Well I have been reading about these pre cum problems of excessive semen sperm oozing and dripping leakage even after very little foreplay sexual excitment and also premature ejaculation , good grief I possess both of these dysfunctions, but has been hiding it for more than 8 years now reason being afraid of humiliation and stuff, but now that it has been with me for so long I am mentally and physically very disturbed as it has caused bad effects regarding each an every aspect of my life. My questions are,
1. Is it okay that I have delayed for so long and now looking for solution?
Is there any concept of too late in this thing as it has been 8 years now?
2. Is there any risk of additional/related disease which could or can develop due
to this huge delay in treatment.3. To take an initiative, what kind of doctor I should be looking for?
Please tell me about it with proper field of specliaization.

I wouldn't be too concerned about that. If the pre-cum oozing is on the outside of the vagina,
hows the sperm population (very small if any) in the pre-cum fluid going to know where to go?
And if the little raskels should be informed as to which way to go into the vagina,
they really have a much longer way to swim to get to the jack pot.
Since there are no road signs, there going to be really tired out before then.:-)

Pre-cum must be there to help guys lubricate for sexual intercourse and clean the urinary tract in the penis before ejaculation fluid comes out. If no pre-cum, then men must see a doctor to see if it will be a problem in the future for your reproductive organs.
I have a similar problem with pre-cum oozing leakage as some of the guys on here. It developed sometime in the last 4 to 6 months. I have not experienced any problems with maintaining an erection or any kind of premature ejaculation .
It's just that throughout the normal course of a day, with no sexual stimulation (not even the mental kind), I will have some leak out.
Prior to this starting, I think I was pretty normal, and only had this type of thing happen if I was overly mentally stimulated and had an erection for a while, then I might have some pre-cum.
But now, it doesn't matter whether I thought about a woman during the day or not, whether I had an erection or not (although at least one or two seem to happen in a regular day, whether I'm stimulated or not, like it always has.) Aside from ever pair of underwear I take off looking like I had a bit of a wet dream during the day, I haven't noticed any side effects or problems and wouldn't even think anything of it.
I just want to make sure this is not a sign of a more serious problem.

It seems like you have weakening of the parasympathetic nerve that keeps the ejaculation seminal sperm fluid valve closed.
If you leave some precum semen at the opening of the vagina, you are making it possible for sperm to move up into the reproductive tract. Of course the risk is a lot less than any penile penetration. What I do is, I ordered some Plan B pills on the internet and any time there is a problem a question if a girl is going to get pregnant after we have sex I give her the 2-Plan B pills to take within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy problems.
