Penis skin feels dry, leathery, scrotum dandruff Posted by Jason:
2 days ago i noticed that my penis skin started to feel dry and leathery. my testicles scrotum was peeling skin (like dandruff). when i touch my penis i can hardly feel anything, but if i press hard enough it hurts.

The penile skin has become somewhat wrinkled. i was thinking i had some kind of allergy or allergic reaction to shampoo, since i masturbated with some earlier, the day before. any causes to this problem?

Try using a condom to see if you experience the severe burning to the outside of your penis. Then you can see if it is her fluids or yours causing the problem. Then see a doctor.
