    i have some white spots just below the head of my penis and they don't get itchy but when my penis is erected it pains little and it sometimes goes out and then again after few days it comes again.i had sex also with my girlfriend.

    small whitish dots or pimple like bumps that you see under the penis head are indeed very normal, not signs of a disease and are not passed on or transmitted to others. Without seeing them, it's hard to be certain, but, of course, if there is any itching, discomfort, or drainage from the bumps, a doctors' office visi and examination and STD lab testing would be recommended to make sure these are ok. Somtimes rubbing alcohol applied treatment couple times a day for 14 days helps.

    i have the same, except there are many white-ish small bumps or 'spots' as you describe them underneath the glans of my penis. i am only 18 and noticed them when i first started masturbation. i have had a few sexual partners but never unprotected. is there any way that i can get rid of them without official treatment?? many thanks
