What you have is called "premature ejaculation". About 30% of males have this "problem". I had and sometimes still have this problem. There are exercises that you and yes the two of you can do to help overcome this. Just a few additional thoughts - Stimulate your girlfriend's clitoris manually/orally until she has an orgasm, and then have intercourse. In that way she will be sexually fulfilled.
