Physical, mental urges for romance- Posted by: jay l For the last 4.5 years I have had thoughts and love making mental fantasies feelings for romance about my wife's sister.
My wife and I have a great love making life and have two kids, but almost anytime we are making love
I am secretly thinking of her sister. Her sister has what I consider the perfect body type for me.
Anytime we are in the same room or talking on the phone I feel like a teenager again and get aroused.
This is very uncomfortable for me. She is a great person and I would never act on any of my physical/mental urges for
romance.
To do so would ruin my marriage and hurt many people. How can I continue living like this.
I think about this woman 5-6 times an hour, 7 days a week.
Is this artificial relationship providing uncontrollable mental feelings and romance urges normal?
These love making urge feelings symptoms can't be a crush, it has gone on too long for that.
Somebody help need advice for these causes...

I believe you need to discuss your romance fantasy with aprofessional counselor so that you learn how to deal with your "sister in law problem". of course to protect your wife,
children and others you will need to do this without their knowledge. Perhaps a marriage conselor would be able to help
and give you advice.
You most likely are having this romance fantasy and it is continuely being replayed in your mind. Somehow this does
need to end.
I do commend you for your concern and desire not to hurt your wife, children and others.
I know you are feeling shame and guilt about your mental fantasies.
This type of shame will only lead to an unhappy relationship and a decline in the quality of your marriage.
