If my penis is erect, but not really rock hard, the foreskin of my penis will partially cover the head of my penis.
Even if your penis is rock hard and the foreskin still covers the head of your penis, you need not be concerned. If it bothers you, then just pull the foreskin back so that the head of your penis is exposed.
Be VERY glad your parents did not have you mutilated and have your foreskin cut off. Circumcised fellows don't have the sensations that we uncircumsied guys do.
