Almost always my foreskin covers the head of my penis when erect, it's not uncommon. And I agree with RichT it's a better feeling during sex. however I find it impossible to initially penetrate with it like this. It will probably be forced down with penetration, which was painful for me at frist.

Even if your penis is rock hard and the foreskin still covers the head of your penis, you need not be concerned. If it bothers you, then just pull the foreskin back so that the head of your penis is exposed.
My wife actually enjoys having the foreskin pulled foreward when I am erect. She then with some lubricant will take her finger and slide it between the foreskin and head of my penis. She then encircles the head of my penis with her fingers. She also likes to do that with her tongue. Feels great to me, so I'll not complain.
Be VERY glad your parents did not have you mutilated and have your foreskin cut off. Circumcised fellows don't have the sensations that we uncircumsied guys do.

Hello, I suspect that your frenulum on the "back" side of your penis is preventing your foreskin from being pulled back when you are erect.
