Coach evaluation
On the other hand, if your partner's medical exam results come out clean, then you might consider talking to him about the possibility of getting deeper
into the subject by accessing Sexuality Coaching Services, with a combination of Verbal Interaction
(Sex Health Education and Guidance for Homework Exercises) through sessions either in person, via video conference or phone and Sex Aid Products
recommendation such as natural supplements, creams
, penis rings
/ pumps
or even Sex Therapy,
if applicable base on the coach evaluation results.
Premature Ejaculation issues factors
Moreover, please understand that there are many factors that can lead to premature ejaculation
such as age,
physical condition, medical/mental condition,
medication side effects, shame, psychological traumas, etc. That been said, start by medical exam, if everything is ok, then check for psychological issues.
Prolonging Best recommendation
If the root of the problem is a mayor trauma then a license sex therapist is my best recommendation. Otherwise,
the use of over the counter supplements and sex aid product
will do the trick.
That been said, be very gentle with your words while talking to him about this topic due to the fact that this is a difficult challenge for men to handle.
Medical conditions supportive process Be proactive and focus on all possible solutions, instead of the actual problem so that he feels that you are supportive and willing to go through this process with him in order to seek for help and do whatever it takes to have a healthy and fulfill sex life for both of you. Arguing will only make it worst; be supportive and patient, yet seek for help until you both find a solution. We carry over 500 products and also offer sexuality coaching services. I hope this information will give you a better idea of possible solutions. Otherwise, please feel free to contact me via email at or at 305-877-0202 to set up coaching services or for further assistance as far as which sex aid products to purchase after your partner rules out any chronic medical condition such as diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, heart, depression, etc.I would love to hear back from you.
Mutual climax and orgasms by foreplay In fact, I am looking forward working with you and your partner in order to find a solution to embrace your relationship as well as bring fun and romance to the bedroom in order to fulfill a healthy relationship and sex life for both of you. Also practice non sexual intimacy where you explore each others bodies without touching the genitals extending the act. Also, use other avenues to reach mutual orgasms by foreplay. That might help you to also have the opportunity to reach orgasm prior sex intercourse.

Yes, there are many purported ways to learn how to control ejaculation, and with some there is partial success.
For my wife and I it has been a matter of acceptance and in a way of using the "problem" to our sexual pleasure benefit. By the way we have been married for 40 years and enjoy our lovin' about once a week to once every other week.
No, you are NOT alone in this world. You are not alone in just you having the problem, and you are not alone in having to deal with this by yourself.
Recommended book
I have found that some exercises by Dr. Bernie Zelbergeld helped me to some degree. The exercises are in the authors book titled "The New Male Sexuality"
.
If you do not have this book you can buy it through Amazon.com.
Last longer control
I have also used a desensitizing spray
that has helped me better control when I ejaculate to last longer.
It contains lidocaine, and I like it much better than those than contain benzocaine
. Benzocaine acts very fast,
makes my penis so numb I cannot feel anything, and the effect doesn't last very long.
Lidocaine numbing just desensitizes my penis somewhat without getting totally numb. The effect also lasts longer than products with benzocaine. What I do is before we start our lovin', I'll spray some desensitizing climax control on the head of my penis. I'll let it stay there for 2-3 minutes and then wash it off, as I do not want to desensitize my wife in any way.
Increase stamina

Is there any way to increase my stamina, with out the use of coitus interruptus (withdraw before ejaculation or the stop start method) to control premature ejaculation?
Sexual positions method for ejaculation control
Reply by: Larry
Sexual positions can affect a man's ability to control his ejaculation.
The typical "missionary" position (on top of your partner) is not the best position while attempting to control ejaculation.
Try laying on your back, allowing the partner to control sexual intercourse. In this position you are more relaxed, and can guide your partner easily.
