:Dear Docter, My name is Abbas.I am married. i have a problem of excessive leaking sperm production and there excessive oozing clear excretion during sexual and non sexual activities.
As a result i am feeling very tired. I am also involve childhood with activities and masturbation.
So i tried all docters for last 15 years but nothing happened. So please discuss solution of my problem because exccesive shedding of semen weaken my body. Pre-semen Condition Treatment Advice Follow Ups:

A few case reports have indicated satisfactory results when such men are treated with a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor
( Finasteride prescription drug
).
In such cases, one medical doctor recommended considering the differential diagnosis of prostatorrhea,
the emission of prostatic secretions during straining associated with urination or defecation.

I've been suffering with premature semen sperm fluid for all of my sexual being now. Not one doctor has found or can tell me how to fix my problem.
Now after 10 years of marriage my wife and I are beginning to fall apart. Partly because I'm loosing my mind over this issue and she has stopped having sex with me.
Who or where do I turn? I'm alone in the world with no one to help or even want to deal with this MENS ISSUE. So here I am turning to this public forum looking for any premature ejaculation control treatment

If you were asked to abstain before your test, there is a reason for that.
It isn't necessarily because prior activity decreases the sperm count as much as it is the need for a release of a fresh collection.
Collection instructions should have been provided for you, in which case you're supposed to abstain.
There is also a specific way to collect it. If you tainted this procedure, you'll have to take the test again.
I'm unsure exactly what the test was for, if not for fertility reasons. The density will be recorded as well as the motility results after the rinse wash.
I believe they also test for abnormalities/malformations as well.
But to answer your question about percentages, that is entirely misleading since there are so many variables involved such as surgery, illness, age, other dysfunctions.Good luck!
