2. The Moline Public Library encourages suggestions from the public for items that have not been purchased for our collection through our regular ongoing selection process. Purchases will be guided by the library’s Collection Development Policy and the library’s materials budget.
   
   Please note that this online materials request service is for Moline Public Library card holders only. If you have a card other than a Moline Public Library card, please contact that library with your request.

8. If the library does not purchase the items you are looking for, do you want us to request it from another library? There is a $3.00 fee per item for items requested on interlibrary loan outside the PrairieCat system.
