  • Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

    • Reservations can be made on-line up to 2 weeks in advance for 800 SF Rooms or Larger; 4 Weeks for 200 SF Rooms

    • Payment taken by credit card Immediately upon completion of online booking.

    • No refund allowed within 2 weeks of the booked event except at the discretion of NYCSCC.

    • Credit card charged upon receipt of digitally signed web form AND securing of room(s) for your event.

    Standard NYCSCC cancellation policy of  2 weeksprior to event for 200 SF and 800 SF rooms; and 1 month  for larger events using 2,000 SF event rooms.

  • Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

    • Credit card charged upon receipt of digitally signed web form AND securing of room(s) for your event.
