The BB 9320 (Curve 7) is one of the latest Blackberry phones packed with BlackBerry OS 7.1 . It features a dedicated BBM key , 3.15 MP , 2048×1536 pixels video camera with LED flash . Quad-band GSM and tri-band 3G support , 512MB RAM , 512MB ROM , Full QWERTY keyboard and Optical trackpad are some other key features of the smartphone.
