If you’ve subscribed to NetFlix, you might have discovered that there are some Nigerian movies that are available on NetFlix catalogue but inaccessible with your Nigerian NetFlix account. Even if you have the direct link of some Nollywood movies on Netflix, you will keep seeing “Not found” whenever you try to access them.
For example,
The direct link of October 1 movie by Kunle Afolayan is : http://www.netflix.com/watch/80032842
If you access this link with Nigerian IP, you might not be able to watch the movie despite having an active NetFlix subscription. A times, if you use VPN, you might see the movie thumbnail but you will still not be able to watch the movie.
So, what’s the way out?
I make use of SmartFlix software which you can download at www.smartflix.io. It is currently available for Windows and Mac.
Download, install and sign in to your NetFlix account within the app. Thereafter, you are good to go.
