If you are Zenith Prepaid Visa Card
holder, you will be able to manage your card accounts online from the comfort of your home, office or mobile phone, anywhere, anytime via the Visa Telebanking
platform. Via the platform, you will be able to track all transactions carried out on your card.

How To Check Your Zenith Visa Card Balance
Browse to http://www.zenithbank.com
Click on the internet banking link on the homepage
From the zenith cards online drop down, select Visa Telebanking
Enter your customer ID and secret code ( 4-digit PIN) in the fields provided. ( Your secret code is the Telebanking PIN
)
Click “ Log on
” to view your personalised Telebanking page.
Once logged in, you will see the “ Accounts
” sub-heading. Under it, you will see: ” View account balance, status etc
” as seen in the picture below. Click on it.
That’s all.
NOTE
: You can change your Telebanking PIN from the Visa Telebanking Platform.
