THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SPARING TIME TO READ THIS.I INSTALLED JAVA AND TRIED TO RUN INDIAN WEB PROXY ON MY PC BUT IT WONT WORK. I GOT THIS MESSAGE AFTER TRYING TO RUN IT:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:/Windows/system32/ProxyCertificate.ser(Access is denied)Could not create SSL Certificate file in: C/Windows/system32/ProxyCertificate.ser

AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. PLS HELP ME OUT.
