It is an accelerated training and certification ‘Skills to Job/Enterprise’ programme for unemployed Nigerian Youths in order to build a new crop of highly competent and skilled workforce of technicians, artisans and service professionals.

This initiative aims to develop the market for a wide range of artisanal, technician and service professional jobs first in the housing and infrastructure construction value chain and then across all other economic sectors. Beyond apprenticeship opportunity, the beneficiaries are prepared for employment and self-establishment.
