While a friend was trying to renew web hosting plan at Siteground.com , his GTBank Mastercard was declined as payment option. He contacted SiteGround support and it was sorted out for him.
So, if same happens to you, follow the steps below :
- Chat the siteground support and tell them your card is been declined
- that they should generate payment link for you
- they will ask for the duration of web hosting you want
- tell them
- they will generate link for you
- click it
- click submit payment, thereafter, enter card details and click PLACE ORDER.
- If successful, your expired services will be renewed
- You can view your receipt via siteground billing section
Hope this works.
NB: You can tell them to generate payment link for 3 months etc if you want.
