旧正月でも 貯まった注文と 貯まったCSEのバックログ整理に
１０～２０日かかっているようですね
つーか ふつうなら返信を待っている間に届きそうですけど
フォーラム見ると まだ昨年末の 出荷を待っている人がいるみたい

We feel really sorry on the latest delay while handling your tickets.
Because of Chinese New Year backlog of DX tickets, the responsed answer time can be as much as 10 to 20 business days at present.
Please do not close your ticket as we will for sure to get back to you and reslove the problems for you. Closing ticket and opening new one will really slow down the process.
Should you have anything urgent and would like to open a thread on the forum, please be sure to include at least these information when creating an forum thread:
- Your order number
- Your ticket number
- Last answer to your ticket (or day when you created ticket, if you haven´t got reply yet)
It will help the mods or cs staffs to focus on your questions in quickest manner.
Of course, our CS Team will do any possible efforts to catch up the progress, working over time and hiring more cs staffs.
We appreciate all your patience and understanding.
