Yesterday in the evening I did mustle-developing exercises for the seventh time at Gold's Gym.
This time I was able to raise impact on six of the machines, except the "Shoulder Press."
Besides, considering that the aerobic bicycle pedaling exercise has been more like a mustle-developing exercise due to the high impact I set, I added the Tread Mill exercise at the end and walked at a quick pace for around 10 minutes.
I realized what the trainer advised me as I would have less fatigue after the exercises if I do lighter aerobics after the mustle-developing ones.
This morning I found I have less fat on the inner side of the upper arms.
This means that the exercises on the three triceps-developing machines surely work.
Although I have less intention to reduce fat for these exercises, I felt a bit happy to gain the "secondary effect."
