昼の後半が爆裂
今日から人事異動でスタッフが２名増えました。　ですから私は昼アップと思っていました。しかし夜に突入。　ディナーのラストオーダー時に開放でした。

帰宅して　風呂に入ってアフターで

若いパプなのでもっとギスギスしているかと思いきや・・・。やさしい風味です。さらりとしすぎて不思議ですね。　ブルゴーニュが好きな飲み手なら違和感なく愉しめます。
PP96とは思えないですね。　PP91ぐらいの印象。　柔らかいワインはPPが低めに出るハズなんですが？？　美味しければPPは関係ないですけどね。
意外性のパプで　　　07ジャナス・ショーパンはもっと収斂味があり飲みにくいワインでした。

This is a superb, young Chateauneuf du Pape from an up-and-coming
star of the appellation. Give it 1-3 years of bottle age and drink it ove
r the following two decades.”
