【材料】(4-6 adults)
1 can crab meat (or even better, 1/4-1/2 lb. Dungeness Crab meat with leg meat) 1 large can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 small onion, thinly sliced 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 to one cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese salt & pepper Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish 1/2 lemon, for wedges
【調理法】
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 180 degrees C) 2. Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, artichoke hearts, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, and bake the dip until bubbly and golden, for about 30 minutes. 4. Take out of the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. 5. Serve with lemon wedges and assorted breads and crackers.
