千歳空港で起床。外の景色は今回は空港の駐車場。あんまり面白くない。大量のお土産にあわせて、荷物を詰めなおし。ネギとサーモンでかい。
チェックイン。JALのショップで、井泉のカツサンド購入。旭川製空弁(駅弁でもそうだけど)では、ANAショップの某ラーメン屋のチャーシュー丼より上。昼をまたぐ移動なので、昼食用。
意外と空いている飛行機で、セントレアへ。残念ながらバスは無いので、名鉄に。これまた意外と空いている名鉄車内でカツサンドを頬張る。
最寄駅の手前で下車。タクシーに乗って、市役所へ。市役所で、保険証の再発行依頼。親切で手早い窓口処理。あんくるバスの時間がちょうど良いので、バスで、最寄駅のそばへ。そこから長らく乗り捨ててある自分の自転車に乗り換えて自宅に。自宅で荷物と情報の整理。後、洗濯。
しばらくして、下の子のお迎えに。なんと、神社のそばの道路を、大きな亀が横断。よく見ると、ミシシッピアカミミガメ。いわゆる縁日のミドリガメって奴だ。外来種。車にはねられそうになっては手足を引っ込め、ソロソロ横断している。生物多様性の観点から見ると、そのまま撥ねられちまえってことになる気もするけど、人間に棄てられた後にこうやって頑張る様はそれはそれで健気な気も。下の子、上の子とお迎え。
帰宅後、上の子は明日の発表に備えて、練習。洗濯物を干す。
友人のBLOG から、故郷の混迷する市長選に、 知人が発起 することを知る。といっても、市議の時代に、このBLOGの主のベンチャー社長にご紹介いただいた方。僕と年は変わらない。数回お会いして、一言二言会話する程度の仲でしかないのだが、彼の誠実さと、彼の政治信条は大変共感できる。いわば、未来の子供達のために政治でできることをするという姿勢。僕は産業界を通じてそういうフェアな社会を作るために起業した。でも、政治の側でこういう人が立ってくれないと片手落ち。しかも、ちゃんと彼自身も自分の子供の成長にきちんとコミットしている。口先だけの子育て政策を空虚に語っている人間ではない。そういうこともあって、とっても応援している。
とはいっても僕に旭川の選挙での一票は無いんで、どうにもこうにもならんけど(^^;
家内が帰宅。外食。中華。帰宅してお風呂に入って就寝。

そうなんですよね。安易に縁日で売ってみたり、棄てたりする人間のほうに罪があるあけで。
