風が強いから～あぁ～仕事にはいけない、、、(^^)/

突然の休みなら、、、
英語の勉強でもしてみよう～～
って思ってはみたけど、、
何からやれば？？？？
ってことで、、英語で日本を紹介しよ～☆
って簡単じゃない～～☆
これが、結構難しかったりして。。。
秋がきたからスキヤキ、、鍋が美味しい季節。
今日は”スキヤキ”の紹介をしてみよう☆
-----すき焼き-----
Sukiyaki is thinly sliced beef cooked in a shallow pan on the table with various other ingredients such as onions, mushrooms, bean curd, shirataki and so on.
The ingredients are seasoned with soy sauce, sweet rice wine, sugar, etc.
We pick the piping hot foods directly from the pan and eat by dipping them into a small bowl of a beaten raw egg.
