I’ve been watching Bitcoin closely this week. And honestly? Things look pretty rough right now. We just closed another weak week in October.

The market pressure is building behind the scenes. I’m seeing warning signs that I can’t ignore. Let me share what I’ve discovered in my analysis.

What’s Actually Happening With Bitcoin Right Now

Bitcoin is sitting about 15% off its recent highs. That might not sound terrible at first glance. But I’ve identified some concerning technical patterns here.

Here’s what stands out to me:

I’ve been tracking this formation for months now. Bitcoin completed a textbook cup and handle pattern.

The measured move hit almost exactly as predicted. This changes the risk-reward equation completely. When does a major pattern complete like this? The probability of continuation decreases significantly.

I always prepare for multiple outcomes in
trading. Here’s my honest assessment of what could happen next.

Scenario 1: The Shakeout (Bullish Case)

For this to work, we need several things:

l Bitcoin must sweep below $103,516 and reclaim quickly

l Fear and Greed index needs to drop significantly

l 24-hour liquidations should spike above $1 billion

l Long-to-short ratio needs to hit -6% to -8%

I’m also watching for potential catalysts
this week. Government shutdown announcements could provide short-term relief.

Trade war resolutions might bring optimism
back temporarily. The Bull Moon pattern could trigger a reversal. But I’ll be
honest with you here. This scenario requires a lot of things to align
perfectly.

Scenario 2: The Top Is In (Bearish Case)

This is the scenario that keeps me
cautious. If we lose the $100,000 level decisively? I expect a drop to the
$70,000-$74,000 range.

Then we might see a relief rally in
January. Everyone will probably call it a “super cycle” again.

My projected bear market bottom sits
between $28,000-$39,000. This comes from

Previous cycles found bottoms between the
0.786 and 0.886 levels. I’ve marked these zones carefully on my charts.
