ヒートアイランドのためか一足先に都心から桜が咲き、いなかの野原や畑一面が緑の草花で覆われている。お散歩をしながら摘んだ春菜を、はやり病に備えてストックしている食材と組み合わせて料理し、息吹に満ちた春の命をありがたく頂いた。土筆(つくし)と蓬(よもぎ)と菜の花が入った春菜のほろ苦さ(ビタミン・ミネラル)が体に浸透して、免疫力を高めてくれるだろう。 Cherry blossoms are blooming from the city center a little earlier, probably because of the heat island phenomenon, and the whole countryside and the farm fields were covered with green flowers and leaves.
